REFUNDS & RETURNS

1. RETURNS

  • We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Fashion Snob. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy.

 

2. ELIGIBITY

  • Unused and Unworn: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Timeframe: You have 3 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • ANY and or ALL SALE items

  • Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear) for hygiene reasons

  • Items damaged or altered after delivery

4. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team at info@fshnsnob.com to request a return authorization.

  • Pack the items securely in a box or envelope, including a copy of the original packing slip

         or order confirmation email.

  • Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.​

5. REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 3-5 business days.

  • Partial Refunds: We may issue partial refunds for items that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts.

6. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error.
