Refund policy

All items are made to order. In stock items are processed within 3-5 business days, excluding holidays.

Refunds are not issued for any reason. Fashion SNOB. (FshnSNOB.com) is not responsible for any discount codes, promotions, fees, or funds lost or forgotten due to failure to input any codes for promotions. We are not responsible for any order cancelation or refunds due to failure to select the appropriate payment method.

Return policy is effective once order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled. We offer store credits for items returned within 7 days of order delivery date. Items must be unworn and undamaged. Returns requests must be approved before item is returned. If item is no longer available, your store credit can be used to purchase any available item. A refund will not be issued. 

Please submit your return requests via the email: info@fshnsnob.com. A member of our team will review and process your request within 1-2 business days.

If you received the wrong item or defective/damaged item (any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error), please submit your return requests via email: info@fshnsnob.com and include images of the damaged items. We will happily replace and cover all shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior approval.

Any damaged item must be returned within 7 days of order delivered date.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
